I’ve set up this page to showcase my love for Wild Game Meat. I’m not a chef by trade, just a guy who loves to cook. I take inspiration from different cultures as well as my own experience and aim to make delicious meals using wild game.
A lot of people might be put off by Wild Game and I hope that if you see what I’ve made and like the look of it, then you might be inspired to try it to.
There is an abundance of sustainable food sources out there and I’m keen to promote this. Simple changes from Beef to Venison, chicken to pheasant can make for some really exceptional dishes.
